Treatments Diabetes

Are there problems with the treatment for diabetes?

for some courses in biology! Please ensure reliability and if you can put the link and please!

This will be a personal response, not a doctor. I think one major problem with treatment is that there is no treatment provided for all diabetics. The fact that all diabetics are treated differently led to public confusion and a lot of misinformation. The other problem is that the Type 2 diabetes treatment is based largely on the patient and follow the instructions on diet and exercise. In type 1, does not know how their treatment is based on the instructions below diet and exercise, because all are to insulin. The other major problem I see is that the same physician disagreement about what to eat a diabetic. My doctor told me I could have what they wanted, in moderation, and my nutritionist told me not to, I could not get what he wanted. It is therefore a major problem. I know this is not what we are, but these are problems that exist about our treatments. There is much confusion about diabetes, and different opinions, even among medical. So What does a patient do? EDIT: I just added a little more, now my concern only type 2 responses, because I can not type 1. In the area drug problem is the Dr. should administer medicines recommended to us and sometimes is in constant evolution. In a Type 2 when I first tell us, is it is not uncommon that of insulin (if your A1C is high) and oral medication as well. Well once our sugars begin to fall, we have to let go of certain medications or random, which is titled "hypo" (low sugar us). Hiccups can be more deadly, while high blood sugar. I know that assumptions are something that all diabetics are concerned. I guess what I'm saying is that we need drugs to get and maintain control at times, but the drug can actually make our sugar go so low. Therefore, never know from one day to another, if you still need a certain medication or not. It's confusing everything. I prefer to be able to take a pill and I know you do not have to worry about going to high or low my blood sugar levels.
